Doctor’s and Nurse Clinic appointments can be booked in advance on 0844 4778726 for morning and evening surgeries.
The Clinic is open to book appointments at the times listed below, Doctor’s and Nurse surgeries are also held during these hours when the surgery is open. All surgeries are by appointment only.

Emergency and Urgent Appointments
Emergency Doctor’s and Nurse Clinic appointments are available every morning for patients with urgent conditions who cannot wait for a routine appointment. Please phone 0844 4778726 or come in to the surgery at 8.30am to book for that day.
How to see a Doctor
To maintain continuity of care it is best to consult one doctor but it may be necessary to see other doctors from time to time. If more than one member of your family wishes to be seen, please make a separate appointment for each of them. Children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult. If you are more than 5 minutes late for an appointment you may be asked to rebook at another time.
How to see a Nurse
Appointments with the Practice Nurse or Health Care Assistant are made by appointment by ringing 0844 4778726 after 9.00am.
Home Visits
If possible try and get to the surgery as we can offer more comprehensive care here. If you do need a visit please try to make the request by 10:00am. A doctor will discuss the problem with you before deciding if a home visit is necessary.
Cancellation of Appointments
If you have an appointment to see any member of the health care team and you no longer require it, please use our 24 hour cancellation line 0844 4778726. Missed appointments cost our surgery £25 a time, saving this money would allow us to provide a better service.
Waiting Times
We aim to see patients within 20 minutes of their appointment time. If not, an explanation will be given. If for any reason you have been waiting for over 30 minutes please speak to the Receptionist.
Referrals
If a Doctor agrees that a routine referral is necessary, this will be completed and sent within one week. Urgent referrals will be made within 24 hours.
Out of Hours Service
In an emergency outside surgery hours, please call the surgery telephone number 0844 477 8726.
When the surgery is closed, out of hours care for their patients is shared with other General Practitioners who are members of SELDOC, the South East London Doctors on Call.
